The fearsome threesome of Jeremy, Rusty and Brandon were at work for the JCJ crew today installing the OSB board to create the baseboard of our dining room floor.
Once that was in, they built a "studs wall" down the middle to support the roof as work would be continuing up there in the coming days.
In general, in this first week and a half, we have excavated under the house, roughed in a floor and now we're prepared to build the new roof.

John and Ruth Ann met with interior designer Jane at Floor & Decor in Novi. She gave John the grand tour, starting with looking at travertine tile, moving through the porcelain tile section and ending with luxury vinyl plank. Their store had limited options for "stone-look" LVP. We asked lots of questions and finally decided it would be difficult to get the look we want with LVP.
